PERFECT SUMMER LUNCH. How can be perfect summer day without perfect summer lunch? Always at home, I cook from what I find. So all vegetable what I found I roasted with garlic and herbs, tomatoes only with basil. I added to couscous pumpkin seeds (definitely try it!). Finally I sprinkled dish with remaining slightly roasted seeds and toast with garlic pesto coudn´t miss....

Are you wondering what to make for breakfast? How about porridge? All you need are flakes and everything what you like, as peanuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut, raisins, chocolate, cinnamon.... All pour boiling water and let it for 3 minutes. After put bowl with porridge for half of minute in microwave. Tradadaa, here we done! Quickly and (not) only for yummy breakfest! :)...
